Pharmacy Weight Loss Aldershot is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Aldershot and across the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and all applicable UK law.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. Weight loss treatments are only available to patients who meet appropriate clinical criteria as assessed by our prescribing team.
You must complete our online health questionnaire honestly and in full. Providing false or misleading information may result in the cancellation of your order and could put your health at risk. We reserve the right to decline any application where treatment is deemed clinically unsuitable.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment conducted by a qualified prescriber. No prescription will be issued automatically or without appropriate review of your submitted health information.
Prescriptions remain the property of Pharmacy Weight Loss Aldershot and are issued solely for your personal use. You must not share, transfer, or resell any prescribed medication. Repeat prescriptions are subject to ongoing clinical review and are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw a prescription at any time if we determine that treatment is no longer clinically appropriate.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time; however, any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
If your order is declined following clinical assessment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays or adverse weather conditions.
Medications will be sent in discreet, tamper-evident packaging to the delivery address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring this address is correct. We cannot accept liability for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address being supplied.
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been clinically approved and dispatched. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns for safety and regulatory reasons, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
